Pros

Maxim has committed itself to changing many old practices to help better itself with it's employees, clients and branding.

Cons

Maxim is working on a major culture change which is not an overnight process and communication is not always there.

Always the bad guy, little pay. Fun office environment.

Pros

They provide great training. The office environment is typically young and fun. You are able to reach out to people for help although you might get different answers from everyone. Maxim hires great internal employees. Regional Managers are great as well.

Cons

Long hours, little pay. High turnover. As a recruiter everything will be your fault. You have to learn to accept it and move on. There is a constant battle between clinical versus sales. Now days, clinical will always have the upperhand where in the past it was the other way around. Expect to be on call and have to carry the phone with you everywhere.
