Pros

Good health coverage and other employee perks

Cons

Extremely unstable company going from substantial layoffs (including 40% of sales force) to hiring within those same markets over the span of just one quarter Inconsistent pricing model that cannot be sustantiated when stacked up against market demands and competition Product releases miss deadlines by 6-12 months at a time if ever delivered Has moved to a micro managing approach in a last ditch attempt to drive sales

Pros

Committed, hard-working colleagues but many are trying to leave

Cons

Buggy product that management continues to band-aid but just can't seem to get right. We are encouraged by HR to leave "positive reviews" with HR trying to downplay any negative comments. Going to HR to try and resolve dilemmas is painful and ultimately non-productive.

Pros

- Awesome colleagues. These people are super smart. - Opportunity for change/growth (if you really want it) - Flexibility with being remote if needed - Benefits are, bar none, the best I've had in my career - I think management does really care about its employees, but at the end of the day, the bottom line is the bottom line. We would not have a job if it weren't for Veer and Vinay. Every day is not going to be awesome and we are heading into Q4 but you get what you put into it.

Cons

- Reply all's can be dangerous when people are logging in late at night to prove they're always working (that's not a good thing) - Trust is hard to come by - Upper management is involved in everything
