This is a great place to start a career with their acceptance of any background and dedication to growth. There is a quality supportive environment. The salary and benefits are very generous.

Cons

There’s a limitation to how much this will fit anyone’s passion since at the end of the day it is just industrial supplies and like any big company there is a bit of a feeling of politics.

Pros

The work is challenging and takes real problem solving even though some of the problems often seem very tedious. There's no doubt that you will find yourself making impacts to certain aspects of the company, no matter how big or small. People in management are all very friendly in my experience. I've definitely been amused while working here.

Cons

All the negative reviews are from people who are not in management. I really wish they would be more adaptable to remote work. Offices are not in good locations for the cities they are located in, but hey you can't put a warehouse in Beverly Hills.
