Pros

- Intensive, hands-on training that will reshape everything from your data skills to your professional mannerisms. - Other employees tend to have great people skills and interesting backgrounds. If you're early in your career, you'll find most of the other recent hires relocated to work at McMaster so people tend to become close friends, both inside and outside of work.

Cons

- Reviews for new hires can be infrequent, so it can be hard to tell whether you're doing a good job in the beginning. - The Robbinsville location is between Philadelphia and NYC so you either have to commute or live in the suburbs.
