Pros

Unreal benefits and salary, very smart and diverse staff, engaging work, challenging problems to solve, incredible work-life balance, tuition reimbursement. My experience thus far has been excellent. If I weren't in management, however, I may not be saying the same thing. Expectations are certainly high (not unreasonable) for everyone in the company, BUT meeting/exceeding them is definitely rewarded (see: benefits).

Cons

Finding ways to keep everyone challenged and engaged can be challenging. The best way to describe this place is unconventional, so maybe it's not for everyone. Some call it a sink or swim place, but there are definitely ample resources available to make sure you stay afloat.
