Pros

Some great hands on experience across the entire organization. The pay and yearly bonus are incredible.

Cons

You have little say in the direction you want your career to go. As a "management trainee", you pretty much go where the powers-that-be will put you. There's a lot of top down superiority and snobbishness. There are a lot of control freaks here.
