Pros

Good benefits and they are affordable. Amount of vacation time is good too (although actually taking a vacation is frowned upon due to work loads)

Cons

Not a good work/life balance for corporate employees. Raises are terrible, the past 2 years we received 1.25%. You are expected to work through your lunch and past 5:00 in order to keep up with your workload.

Pros

Immediate leadership is responsive and attempts to maintain work life balance and will speak up to executive leadership to support its staff. The benefits are varied and appreciated. The pay increases have been consistent.

Cons

Starting to treat productivity like other outpatient businesses.

Pros

Good training period, good health insurance, 4 hours of admin time per week

Cons

What was communicated during hiring was not what actually happened. Was told 4, 10 hour days was a possibility which they later took back. Different hospital coverage than what was talked about during hiring. They make all providers get pan-credentialed in the most likely scenario that you have to cover at another hospital or state (yes, they require DC, MD, and VA) at a last-minute notice. Management does not listen to complaints or improve on practices (late patients, late check ins, messages not relayed to providers in a timely manner).
