      There are no pros in slavery!

      Cons

      I worked there for almost 4 years. The only happy people there are the managers. They make pretty great money. When I left, my new job paid me $4.5 more per hour then MedStar. Now you be the judge!

      Great environment to learn. Growth potential if you start young or with little experience.

      Cons

      Norm benefits are not comparable. Little flexitime in work locations. Leadership could stand significant improvement.
