      Pros

      Working with a lot of great people who are dedicated to their job and their patients.

      Cons

      The company likes to talk a lot about it's culture and values, but this isn't reflected in reality - just talk. The benefits offered are not very generous and seem designed to cut corners (for example, the 401k match is not offered your first year of employment).

      attractive benefits , co workers , hours

      Cons

      Management management management . I was new to a specialty area and received little to no training. Communication was minimal and fingers were always being pointed but nothing was ever done to change the outcomes.

      Pros

      They provided s wealth of education.

      Cons

      The supervisors and managers changed protocol without written notification at a whim to benefit statistics instead of Nursing staff. Not all Nursing Staff has the ability to attend the certification classes. The managers generally allow those they favor most to attend.
