Great Place to Work. Too bad HR is screwed up.

Pros

Great benefits, salary and environment.

Cons

HR does not know how to handle employee relations. As a result, I was forced to resign, or face being fired the next time a fellow worker decided to place a bogus complaint against me. I worked there for a combination of 15 years. It was heartbreaking what was done to me.

Pros

Benefits, coworkers. Sad but I cannot think of anything else. Sad but true. It's like a dictatorship that has kindergartener mentality running things.

Cons

Senior Management, the workload of 4 people is divided amongst 2 people, and unrealistic goals and standards with peanut money. How can you pay your employees a small amount and expect superior work ethic???

Pros

Free parking on-site (Downtown Washington, DC).

Cons

Low wages for degree holders with years of experience in field. Leadership served as antagonist and thrived off of drama within the office. Favoritism among specific staff. Managerial bullying and mobbing. Threats of being ostracized for blowing the whistle on unethical practices. High turn over rate in administrative staff. Bias HR.
