Pros

Unless you are a surgery tech you are disregarded and left floating in the wind. Direct manager doesn't have priorities straight and doctors act like complete aholes. You are expected to sit back and take it and not create a fuss no matter how you are treated.you are expected to stay past your shift no matter what .

Cons

Work life balance, doctor attitudes towards techs, poor management
