We are aware that our teams continue to be challenged by the increased workload that the past two years have brought and continue our focus on internal training opportunities along with strategic recruiting to attract the best and most skilled talent in our field. Providing the top patient care for all of our patients will always be a top priority for our organization. Cultivating an environment of compassion and empathy is what we strive for. We want to ensure our teams can navigate the challenging emergency and specialty veterinary medicine space and encourage employees to make their mental and physical health a priority. Resources available to employees include mental wellbeing apps, our Employee Assistance Program, and the creation of a well-being room. Utilizing PTO is always encouraged to help team members reset and recharge. Our local and regional leadership are here to support all caregivers and we welcome feedback. We encourage any concerned team members to reach out to their local HR Partner, Clinical Manager or Hospital Director for further discussion.
