      Pros

      1-Demonstrates commitment to employee nurturing with weekly scheduled meetings between the leader and subordinates. 2- Strongly emphasizes empathy training, a critical skill for veterinary emergencies! 3- Embracing personal relationships with referring veterinarians really sets them apart from other emergency hospitals.

      Cons

      1- Continues to emphasize DEI despite a political climate that seems to target and punish organizations that embrace it. The current administration has been actively targeting any entities that still support it, and as a potential future shareholder, there is concern that this could negatively impact our team. 2- Not having a Veteran organization while other social groups are promoted is concerning. The corporate social responsibility appears to be obsolete or politically charged, contrary to the administration that won the election. Have concerns that such public sentiments may result in loss of business.

      Great culture, meticulous onboarding experience, plenty of support, veterinarian owned and led! Benefits are really good

      Cons

      Interview process was pretty lengthy for my role but the communication was excellent throughout which made it far easier!
