      This place will demand and push you to be your personal best so if you're not ready for that it could be a problem

      Pros

      If you like to work with animals this is a veterinary hospital but you will have to be content with that as the only positive aspect of this particular institution. Replacing the regional medical director was a huge step in the correct direction.

      Cons

      Working here was one of the worst experiences of my life. Simply read the negative reviews and believe them because they are all true. This place breeds bacteria and creates depression not to mention suicidal ideation in many of its employees, myself included. You have to be a very good liar to work here so good place to work if you have a tendency to be sociopathic and are aware of it. Maybe instead of a one on one interview process you people should just give perspective employees the MMPI.

      Growth, benefits, competitive pay, talented docs/staff, heavily invested in their employees, mission driven, save animals

      Cons

      Compassion fatigue, some negative/passive aggressive employees who don't appreciate having a job try to ruin the culture for the rest of us, open 24/7/365 means just that
