Pros

I chose to wait a year before posting on Glassdoor. It really takes a year (or more) to get a deep sense of a company's strengths, successes, operations, culture, challenges, etc. I am a Recruiter, but I am writing this review from the perspective of a fellow colleague that collaborates with hiring managers and team members across the entire organization. I interact with the C-Suite and VP's, as well as customer-facing and behind-the-scene production employees. I have implemented hiring related initiatives, with the support of my team. My ideas are met with a "yes culture" kind of attitude, and I am given honest feedback if those ideas or results are subpar. I have learned so much from the people around me, but I have also learned from the freedom to research and try new things independently. I have learned that, outside of our core values, MedBridge also values: Accountability and self-management Curiosity and dedication to solving problems Resilience / ability to bounce back from failure A "life-long learner" mindset Openness to change and ability to work with ambiguity I have a lot more to learn, and I look forward to do so with this team. There has been a lot of change in this past year. I have seen: headcount increase, an office move (upgrade), process improvement, benefits review (in favor of the employee), an anonymous employee survey, manager training and, for the first time in company history, growth equity partners. We could probably benefit from a more formal change management strategy, but that is a very typical area for improvement for any tech company. Plenty more change and challenges to come, I'm sure, and I look forward to being part of the solutions.

Cons

I have found management to be very accommodating of my preferred schedule, however, I would love the opportunity to work remotely from time to time. Seattle traffic is nuts!

Pros

I worked for MedBridge for a little over a year and a half. I only left MedBridge because I had to move away from Seattle. Great co-workers who will push you to do great work, teach you a lot and create great products that customers love. Help will always be given at MedBridge to those who ask for it.

Cons

MedBridge is constantly iterating and improving on itself, it can be tough to keep up sometimes. If you do not do well or enjoy a fast-paced environment with high-quality standards, this will not be a good fit for you.
