Pros

I'm very pleased with my recent job move, my coworkers are friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is learning oriented - management wants their employees to grow in their careers the way their employees want, and the office is right on Lake Union with beautiful views.

Cons

Since it is on the lake, only one side of the building has the nice views. At least the communal kitchen lunch area is on that side so everyone has a good view while eating and chatting.

Pros

MedBridge really focuses on the people and culture, both internally with employees, and externally with clients. I think that has enabled MedBridge to grow so fast. It is fun to come to work as each day poses a new challenge, something different, and there is a lot of cross-functional collaboration. I love getting to work with and learn about areas of the company outside of my immediate team. In my time here, I have seen a few employees move job functions into entirely new divisions or areas of expertise and the company seems to support and encourage that type of career growth. I am excited to continue to grow my career here as I see a lot of opportunity available to me ahead.

Cons

I feel like there is sometimes so much to do, that my task list gets overwhelming. The company is growing so fast that it is hard to keep up on everything new that the team is building and feel like there can be better ways to message what is being released.

Pros

The work is worthwhile and many of the people are great to work with. They provided stable employment for many years, but recent leadership shifts and decisions have caused a rapid downward trend.

Cons

The company presents itself as a place for growth, but internal practices suggest otherwise. Management appears to prefer cost-cutting strategies rather than a genuine effort to support and develop employees. Compensation inconsistencies are also concerning—roles are often reposted with significantly higher salaries after previous employees are let go. Leadership lacks transparency, and HR processes feel disingenuous. The company also made an alarming move to quietly disband the Medbridge DEI Committee. Proceed with caution if you're looking for stability and fair treatment.
