In the past I've applied several times to Medical Guardian with no interview but, I finally got the job! And let me tell you it was well worth the wait! These first couple months at Medical Guardian have been great! Working from home has been a very smooth transition, as management here is extremely helpful and supportive. Along with management, my peers are just as helpful, as my fellow night shift team members are there to help me and answer any questions I may have. Now, as far as the CRM software it is far from perfect but, perhaps that is because of my assigned laptop and/or its lack of bandwidth. That being said, as long as you are organized and come focused you are set up for success. Overall, I was extremely excited to start this position and I still bring that mindset to each and every shift. Oh and did I mention uncapped commission? MG is a great company, provided me with a great job, and has great management! Highly Recommend!!

Medical Guardian is the best company I’ve worked for! I have been a sales professional for almost 10 years and they sales environment I have experienced here is by far top notch! Not only are we helping consumers live in their homes longer with piece of mind! They also allow their sales professionals to make a lot of money with real leads and a easy flowing script to close sales and make big payouts in return! I wish I had come to Medical Guardian earlier on in my career but so very happy to be here now! Looking forward to the future with a company that’s heading in the right direction
