Great work place! Fun, exciting, and energetic everyday! Lots of contests that lead to great prizes! Daily monetary incentives. The Retention supervisor is awesome. She communicates and relates very well to her employees. She makes sure that the work/life balance is easy. She listens to us and adresses every concern (no matter how small). The CEO is so personable that he makes you want to do a good job. There is recognition of your efforts and a great commision and bonus structure. Retention comes easy to do for a company that's rated #1 in the industry and steadily upgrading their products to appeal to today's market. Our "lunchroom" is actually a cafe with a variety of items for sale. Free coffee as most offices, except our's is brewed fresh, each cup via Kuerig. Several flavors to choose from too! Voted best place to work previously and I am sure Medical Guardian will win this again! Convienent Center City location.
Cons
There is a low call volume in retetion on some days. Though the good days out weigh the bad. Sometimes there is a lack of communication between departments. Sick days and personal days are accrued and not just given to you.
