      Pros

      This is a really great company to work for, the office environment is amazing and I always get lots of support from management. I look forward to working for these guys for a long time to come!

      Cons

      The *only* real issue I have is that the medical benefits could be better, though I understand that this is an ongoing negotiation process and that they do get better every year.

      Pros

      Training program is excellent and managers are invested in helping you succeed. Warm leads, and uncapped commission structure that is extremely favorable. Ability to earn over 100k in your first year. Medical Guardian is the number one rated company in our space, much easier to sell when you are representing the best product/service. If you are competitive you can excel quickly.

      Spend a lot of the time sitting down, (standard for inside sales)
