      Pros

      Medical Guardian is truly a great place to work. If you are a person who is driven by success then this is the place for you. I have only been working here for two months and already I am making more than I could have ever imagined as a recent college grad. The CEO knows you by first name and is always rewarding staff. There is no cold calling, truly this is the perfect sales position. You will never be speaking to anyone has no interest in a medical alert system.

      No Cons, if you are not self driven sales will never be the place for you!

      Positive team members for the most part Very respectable atmosphere Light hearted attitude, not always about work related You own your success, do the work well and you will move up fast Training actually helps you make transition if from different working background Supervisors are great resources for help when needed for any issue CEO make himself present on the floor at times, which is nice that hes not an office junkie Great amount of OT available

      A lot of downtime if you're new on the floor. Solely responsible for account updates and activate new devices.
