This is one of the first jobs I have had in quite some time that I smile about at just its thought. As a "newbie" to the city of Philadelphia, I was especially concerned about finding a place to work where I could not only support myself, but also feel secure, supported/encouraged, capable and equipped with the tools to succeed. Our executives, supervisors and coworkers are blatantly open for guidance, support, and just plain-old good conversation. Right out of the gate, after a considerable amount of training, you are presented with opportunities to thrive and excel in whatever role you have; in terms of career development, and then don't forget to remember *** the monetary $$$*** advancement aspect. The company is growing exponentially, and seeing that growth while also being incorporated in it proves to be a satisfying experience.

Great colleagues, comfortable office with a great view, comfortable office environment. The CEO really takes the time to get to know his employees and his passion comes through in every aspect of company life. I am happy to work for a company whose CEO truly leads by example.

The office size is growing so rapidly it's hard to recognize people / meet people outside of your shift.

Coworkers are friendly, everyone treats you like family here. Managers are very understanding and are always ready to assist with any question or concerns a employee has. CEO makes an effort in knowing all of his employees. He creates an environment for workers where, they are comfortable and feel as a importance to the company. He stresses the importance of teamwork, sportsmanship, paying attention to details, delivering legendary customer service ,being passionate and positive by holding lunches for new hires and having company huddles. The workplace is always kept nicely clean and the company offers free coffee in the cafeteria for employees to enjoy while working. If your looking for a company that values their workers, this is one of the best companies to work for.
