      Pros

      Nice people to work with, free coffee, good starting out job

      Cons

      No parking, schedule is not flexible, understaffed and the queue can be very overwhelming with calls back to back all day, the headsets they provide are so low that you'll have to shout in them so they can hear you I'll leave work with a headache each day and I've spent over 7 years working in different call centers. The benefits are not good at all and they don't have maternity leave. It's just an ok place to work but nothing special. I hate the idea that they don't post any opportunities online for employees to apply for. High turnover rate as well.

In regards to the headsets, we do have a formalized process that any issues can be reported directly to the IT Department to be resolved immediately.       Pros

      Employees are committed to their mission to save lives. Everyone is very friendly and work hard towards completing tasks. Environment is very conducive for productive work and teams.

      Cons

      Insurance rates are a bit high, but not surprising for a smaller company.

      Pros

      Management encourages work/life balance and offers schedule flexibility. The CEO is warm, welcoming and passionate about the success of the company. Great team environment. Nice amenities and a beautiful office space.

      Cons

      Customer Service is the backbone of the company, however the pay structure does not reflect this. Bonus incentives should be more widely distributed.
