      Pros

      Very positive and lively work environment. Managers are very approachable and easy to communicate directly with. Employees are all hard working, and even though it is a large company it does not feel like it because everyone is so friendly and easy to talk to.

      Pros

      I have worked at Medical Guardian for the past three years, and it has been a tremendous experience having the opportunity to work in such an environment where we can actually help save lives, as it has been a very rewarding experience. The Medical Guardian team is a passionate group of individuals who go beyond the expectation to support each other. The atmosphere is such that you actually look forward to coming in to work each morning to take on new challenges. In the few short years I have had the pleasure of working for the company; I have seen considerably growth in myself as well as within the company. I have firsthand knowledge knowing for certain there is always opportunity at Medical Guardian for growth through hard work and dedication.

      Pros

      Overall, its a great company. The financial rewards if you can stick it out are pretty amazing. The CEO is great and I believe genuinely wants to do whatever it takes to make sure the company continues to progress in a positive manner.

      Cons

      Only con is the turnover rate is pretty high. Not only from people leaving but getting fired for various reasons it seems without much warning. So, in a way, it makes one have to constantly look over their shoulder and walk on eggshells.
