      The service and the product we provide will literally save someones life. Also, management is very supportive; they make it easy to do what we do.

      Cons

      Like most careers, there are times when the workload picks up and you have to make a very efficient use of your time or risk falling behind.

      Pros

      Multiple shifts available, Relaxed atmosphere, and growth potential... This company is doing business all across the US and has had a great amount of growth in recent years... As for the actual position I am in... CS is phone based but you don't get that draining call center feel about it... the customers are mostly seniors and a lot of them have a lot to share and it actually feels pretty good too talk with them and help them out...

      The insurance is high but a lot of places are in the same boat these days... it's not far off from what I paid before

      Pros

      Superior onboarding and training. As a commissioned Sales Rep you can make 100K per year. You are surrounded by positive management and co-workers. From CEO down, employees are supported and encouraged. Call center atmosphere is surprisingly up-beat and full of energy. Not a boiler room. Company is constantly adding new devices and growth is guaranteed. Offices are clean and bright.

      Cons

      Initial paid training until full commission is one week. You need a strong mind set to dive in and swim to the deep end of incoming leads.
