      Pros

      -Great work environment, positive & upbeat -Excellent commission structure, sky is the limit -Employee recognition, they are always commending their employees for a job well done with company breakfasts, lunches and slide shows on the floor -Management is very involved but not too involved, weekly reviews to keep you moving forward

      Cons

      Would love the option to be able to work from home once a week, other than that no complaints whatsoever and I love working here.

      The work environment is absolutely great! This is a very cultured and warming company to work for. Also, free coffee is always a plus.

      Sometimes they like to freeze us to keep us awake, but it works!

      Medical Guardian provides their employees with flexible scheduling, overtime opportunities, and a comfortable work environment. Management puts employees in a position to excel through their extensive training, and is extremely supportive. Beyond that, the culture at Medical Guardian is top tier. We all work together to ensure our clients are not only happy, but also comfortable knowing they can depend on us in their most vulnerable moments. Medical Guardian provides an excellent opportunity for anyone who has worked in Customer Service in the past and is looking for something more.

      Cons

      Having 55,000 clients, there will be some days where you get off the phone with one client and are right back on the line with another.
