Pros

Nice place to work and everyone is very helpful to new employees. The training was thorough. It is very satisfying to know that you are making a difference in an older person's life so that they are able to be more independent.

Cons

None that I can think of. So far everything is going well. The only con is having to wait 90 day to be eligible for benefits.

- Fun & upbeat atmosphere - Happy/bubbly coworkers who want to see you do your best - CEO is very involved with the company and is striving to make every day better - Best of all, it feels so wonderful to sell a product that helps others. This is a product I truly believe in.

Cons

Just because I'm a huge travel lover, I wish I could take time off without it being PTO. Nonetheless, I love this job and I'm so grateful for the opportunities it has given me.

Great work life balance. Management is helpful and consistent. There are weekly meetings to assure everyone is always on the same page and has the tools necessary for success.

Cons

The benefits package is too expensive. Other than that, Medical Guardian really knows how to treat employees well.
