      Pros

      The best reason to work a MG is the opportunity to earn a good living and feel good about what you're doing. You have the opportunity to be compensated very well. There is no limit on your income. If you take advantage of the opportunity available to you, you will earn an excellent income. That income is earned while helping families protect their loved ones, which is very gratifying.

      Cons

      Dealing with the stories you hear about falls and other emergencies that happen to our clients can be tough. We learn to focus on providing an appropriate solution instead of dwellng on the sad stories.

      Pros

      The Pros of being and employee here at Medical Guardian is having the opportunity to help save lives. Here at Medical Guardian we are more than employees and co-workers it is a family. The environment is contagiously friendly, no matter what the personalities are of the individuals, it is a comfortable setting at all times. I am really excited about all the opportunities Medical Guardian has opened up to me an plan to extend my career and position with my extended family. :)

      Cons

      Only CON would be that our work day has went to a 8 hour work day to a 9 hour work day, having to pay for our own lunch. Also recognizing other department that are doing big things for the company. Recognizing more than sales, and stats for service.

      Pros

      I enjoy coming into work every day! Working in a call center environment my colleagues energy is contagious. The environment is family friendly with activities planned throughout the year such as Medical Guardian Day, birthday celebrations and end of the year party. I trust my boss and I know I can go to her with any questions. Medical Guardian is a company you can feel good about working for, knowing that we are saving lives every day.

      High turnover of sales representatives. 401K doesn't match.
