      There is so much opportunity and potential for success across all departments, with a CEO that is willing to try new things and listen to your ideas. It's never a dull moment where you feel like you're simply doing the same thing day in and day out.

      Culture and changes are coming some more than others, but if this continues great things will happen

      Pros

      Never have I worked at a job where they care so much about the employees. We have a beautiful building and the most up to date tools to get the job done. With happy employees you will have happy customers and that is our main focus here. I do enjoy coming to work here most every day and work with a great team and manager. pay is about average and benefits are offered.

      Cons

      My only con is a 9 hr work day (1 hour unpaid lunch for non sales position)

      Pros

      I couldn't ask for a better group of people to work with! The amount of support we provide each other has exceeded my expectations based off prior experiences with other organizations. I thoroughly enjoy solving problems that affect daily operations to see our company grow and succeed. Compensation is competitive and there is always room to grow. I trust Geoff Gross' vision and am fully on-board with the success we will be achieving in the future with Medical Guardian.
