I have had the opportunity to contribute to Medical Guardian's growth as both a Sales Consultant and Client Service Specialist. The leadership value my contributions and are accessible. The opportunities for growth are unlimited, most promotions are internal. The benefit package is outstanding with Medical, Dental, Short Term Disability, Life Insurance, generous Vacation time and Holidays. I have had the opportunity to develop professionally and my future is unlimited. Medical Guardian embraces diversity in the workplace and has a family atmosphere. I have never had a job where my supervisor asked me - If I was happy? Wow. I hope to retire from Medical Guardian.

Cons

The work can be demanding but it is rewarding. The company is growing fast so there are challenges.

Great place to come to work. The facilities are employee friendly, the compensation is employee friendly, the culture is employee friendly. Plenty of opportunities to grow with the company. Lots of activities in and out of the office to promote a "family atmosphere". A great place to work. You know they care about you here as a person as well as lots of on-going training to help you increase your income.

I have been with Medical Guardian for over four years and have grown with the company just about every year. I have never worked in such a rewarding, hard working, fun, inviting environment where ideas are welcomed from ever level in the company. We are a young, growing company run by an extremely warm, generous and amazing CEO, Geoff Gross. Geoff cares about his employees making a great living and providing them opportunities for growth. Not only do we save lives for a living, we provide seniors an opportunity to continue to live independently for as long as possible. This is NOT your typical call center environment at all. I can't imaging working for another company!

Cons

As we grow, changes are made and ideas are implemented. With that, not all work out as planned but, we continue to make changes with the employee's and customer's best interests in mind.
