Pros
The company is constantly finding ways to improve its products and services to clients which in turn provides them the best service they can get in the market. This provides sales reps the edge to sell to our clients and with top marks in customer service be able to retain those clients. The sales team and marketing team work together to provide many opportunities for sales reps and generate a steady influx of leads to be able to work and consult on.
Cons
The only cons that come to mind are not having both weekends off, it would be great for those with tenure to be able to alternate between having the weekend off and then working one weekend and off a day during the week. The last issue would be the scheduling of days off. I will not count major holidays cause that is first come first serve when requesting those off but I think requesting days off should be at least a minimum a week in advance, not 3 weeks in advance
