      Pros

      Good Culture, Generous Company, Ability to make money, Good Leadership, Fun Atmosphere, convenient Snack department in kitchen, minimal micro managing, pretty good commission structure, very morale company with policies

      Cons

      Commuite and Parking is tough whether you drive(have to pay to park in city garages) or public transportation that is always late and not always practical given your schedule, Company does not play games with tardiness or absense. will fire you for very little. a little over the top. things happen in life. All commission, so slow days can be very slow and earn you very little making that day feel like a waste. starting out, your schedule will be nights, which is tough with a family.

      Pros

      Medical Guardian is in growth mode. It has grown by about 30% or so since I've started here and shows no signs of stopping. Even as we grow, we've remained committed to putting our customers first and to maintaining a culture where we can have fun together. Company outings are a big deal here, especially our holiday party. We have a CEO who is accessible, visible and knows employees by name.

      Cons

      Benefits could be better, especially for people with families. Insurance benefits are not subsidized for dependants so that can be expensive coming out of pocket. Retaining talent has been challenging at times as there is not always a clear path for growth.
