      Pros

      - supportive leadership + friendly people that want to help - newer hr team that actually wants to help and do good by people. the big upgrade to the insurance package this year is one example of them making good things happen here - free mg device - wfh

      Cons

      we are dealing with meaningful and important things here which means theres a high standard, that can be a challenge sometimes. but it still feels exciting to be part of that challenge

      Good Pay and Good working hours. Some of the staff are friendly and helpful Some Senior leadership really want to see you succeed

      Cons

      Some Senior leaders are too micromanaging. They don't trust their staff and take the time to read through chats after everyone logs out. Tries to dictate every little thing. Too may chiefs to few Indians mindset with the staff, not helpful but would rather point fingers and say not my job. Complains about other staff a lot no team moral.

      Pros

      The room for advancement at this company is extremely rare. I have felt supported at every juncture and have always been thrilled to come to work here everyday. The team is passionate and shares in the the larger vision about being able to make a difference everyday and change the industry. Being able to work with amazing leaders and with team members who are there to support at every moment, has set this company apart in every way. I am constantly urging people to come work here and they never regret their decision. The voice of the employee has always been at the forefront and truly driven meaningful change
