Pros
I have been within the organization for 6 months, and I am very fulfilled within my position. I have learned many things within my field and often faced with valuable skill challenging lessons (which are good). Everyone is pleasant and HR is always available with I have a question. I am looking forward to longevity with the organization and the holiday parties (which I hear are great!).
Cons
Working as a remote employee, I wish there was an opportunity to meet (face to face) with fellow employees (more often)
