      Pros

      I am a new employee and they have one of the best training programs I've ever seen. The managers really care if you succeed and do their best from day 1 to help you. The company philosophy is about as straightforward as you can get, they care about their customers and their employees. When I look around at the people on the sales floor I see a lot of smiling faces, which is a direct reflection of the managers and the CEO. Medical Guardian is a hidden gem

      Pros

      Great products & customer service; modern, comfortable office. Most co-workers are nice, hardworking people.

      Cons

      75 call minimum weekdays, 90 call minimum weekends can be hard to hear prospects/clients when call center is fully-staffed; most of them are seniors who sometimes don't talk loudly

      Pros

      Location is great you are on Market Street in Center City Philadelphia. Management is amazing very helpful and just great people overall. There are three shifts you can choose from and the benefits are amazing.

      Cons

      You have to give up a weekend day every week. You don't really get to choose what weekday you have off. No base salary
