Pros

- Energetic environment, very friendly co-workers always willing to help - Good in depth training program (especially for individuals who have not had sales jobs before. - Great management team that has several different viewpoints on how to effectively sell the products. - Pretty easy catalog of products to know and how to sell them - A lot of nice people that work here, fairly young and diverse group of employees - Structured sales product that makes selling the product simple - No cold calls, all are warm to luke warm leads.

Cons

- Need to work one weekend day per week - Minimum daily sales quota - PTO days for Holidays - No base salary

Pros

Having worked in call center before I can say this is the best places to work in. The atmosphere is laid back, everyone is friendly and accommodating. Supervisors are helpful and always willing to offer assistance and additional training if you need it. Its a treat to see the owner (Geoff) walking through the office on a daily basis and him being so nice is also a plus. I've never felt more at home at work than I do here. Great location downtown easy to get on public trans to get here. Great hours and with Wawa steps away I couldn't have chosen a better company to work for!

Cons

Having to work every weekend, even if it is one day.

Pros

The company prides itself in great customer service, and everyone in customer care is exceptional with that. Supervisors/managers listen to all advise from agents and are so helpful. Also, as far as management goes, you are not micromanaged and can feel really independent! But, if you need help, someone is always there. The culture is also great - lots of food and positive atmosphere. Coming from a non-profit background, I get to help people and feel relaxed and free. It's wonderful!

Cons

If you're not patient, you might have a hard time dealing with our customers and the complaints they have, but that's the nature of the beast.
