      Pros

      The company morale is amazing! You can truly feel that everyone is happy to work here. That has been my favorite part about working here so far. There is always a celebration and that's a great attribute

      Cons

      Wish there were more Opportunities to work from home but hopefully as the company grows that will be more of an option

      Pros

      My experience at Medical Guardian has been great since the very start. The company provided 2 full weeks of paid training and I have yet to meet anyone who works here that isn't willing to lend a hand to teach new employees how to do the job. CEO and higher ups are always on the floor and appear to take a very hands on approach to running the business which is great.

      Cons

      There is a lot of information you must learn to do the work properly. So far they have been very understanding of this learning curve. If you are willing to keep an open mind and willing to pay attention you will be just fine.

      Pros

      This job is how you make it. It could be really bad if you don't have the motivation to succeed. If you do have the motivation, however, this is good money.

      Cons

      If you don't like methodical work then the calls and the follow ups will seem tedious, but that is the nature of the job.
