I a senior member of the sales group, and have been with Medical Guardian (MG) over four years. I have worked at various companies and I can truly say that Medical Guardian is one of the best companies I have worked at. The reason starts with Geoff Gross, the founder and CEO. His passion and vision to protect seniors has kept MG on the forefront of the industry. But, at the same time he is quite friendly and approachable; For example, while riding the elevator with him, he was able to casually recall when I started at the company years ago.
The Products that MG offers are state of the art, and MG is always looking to improve and / or expand the selection. This commitment to excellence has made it much easier to sell the Product.
The culture at MG is fantastic! The ongoing training, reviews and meetings with your Manager makes it easy to stay on track in order to hit the short term goals, while at the same time identify areas of improvement for long term success.
The salary and benefits at MG are great! The salary structure is more than impressive and the benefits include PTO, vacation, sick days, health, dental and 401K.
In summary, MG is a great place to work, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to be well compensated for their efforts, and be part of the growth with a young dynamic company.
