      Pros

      Multiple shifts available, Relaxed atmosphere, and growth potential... This company is doing business all across the US and has had a great amount of growth in recent years... As for the actual position I am in... CS is phone based but you don't get that draining call center feel about it... the customers are mostly seniors and a lot of them have a lot to share and it actually feels pretty good too talk with them and help them out...

      The insurance is high but a lot of places are in the same boat these days... it's not far off from what I paid before

      Great atmosphere. I love my co workers. Convient location. Relaxed environment.

      Cons

      Upper management needs to be more organized. They focus on the wrong thing which makes it impossible to give good customer service.Listen to their employees. There is no internal hiring practices. No sick days.

      Pros

      Medical Guardian provides its employees with an exceptionally warm, welcoming atmosphere. Each office is spacious, comfortable and clean. There are many incentives as well as team-building events and activities. Management is extremely helpful in areas such as monitoring, training and coaching and are constantly providing the tools necessary for success. I am very happy and thoroughly enjoy working for such a delightful company.

      Cons

      Health insurance could use a few modifications.
