great people to work with, great atmosphere to work in, i love everyrhing about it. to muxh stuff to name lol Cons: there isnt any. Medical guardian Exceeded my expectations by far! I never thought it was possible to work some place I actually look forward to going to work. Management treats you like a human being and not just a body to fill seats like some places I've worked. They actually care about you. What place you know ask to name your children and or spouse because there's family event and want to get to know you . All of the employees smile and speak to each other it's like one big happy family. I felt welcomed and at home my first day. Everyone introduced themselves and offered help if it was needed. This was the best choice I have ever made and I look forward to being with this company til I retire. The CEO is in the office he's approachable takes the time to speak to us all and learn our names. I have never met the CEO of any company I have worked at ever and to have him come around and talk to us is really cool. He's a great guy! There's always something fun going on and appreciation shown for the work that we do. The Christmas party was like nothing I've ever experienced. It's was awesome! The office is beautiful it's clean and bright we have Beautiful stations and the most comfortable chairs the cafe is stunning the artwork and color scheme is beautiful the view is beautiful also. I really love working at this company not to mention I love the work were doing assisting the Mature Folk. ;-) It's overall the best place to work at! Thanks for choosing me for the most amazing position! SC

Pros

I have been a sales rep at Medical Guardian for over 4 months now and it is by far the BEST sales position I have had in over 20 years of call center experience. Everyone from the CEO on down is friendly and accessible. As with any call center, there are changes and challenges, but they are always met with a POSITIVE attitude rather than a "like it or leave it" response. There are many employee perks that most companies no longer offer.

Cons

As with any sales position, sometimes it feels like some reps get "better" leads than others. And while that may be true, it is up to us as sales reps to make the best of what we get.

The CEO really cared about his employees and always did his best to take care of us. I have never worked at a company where the CEO took time to come out and talk to the employees and learned about their families on a regular basis. He always had an energy that radiated through the entire office. His energy is admirable and inspiring!

Cons

Not much room for growth. Salaried employees were sometimes doing the job of 4 people and salary didnt match the amount of work. Hourly employees were offered overtime but it should be on a first come first serve basis and offered to those who work the typical 40 hours.
