      Pros

      It's a fun time to be at Medical Guardian. MG is a growing company trying to figure out best practices in the industry. Management is young, aggressive, and open to trying new things to separate ourselves. The CEO is committed to being a Best Place to Work for his employees. Extra time off, company events, and consistently the best holiday party in Philadelphia every year.

      Cons

      Medical Guardian is still trying to find out who they are as a company. The procedures put in place over the next year will determine the type of company they become and ultimately their success.

      Pros

      The work environment here is such that every employee is able to have a voice, and make a real and significant impact on the business. Because of this, it is a great place to grow professionally. Just about everyone I have met here is very easy to talk to, including members of management. It’s also a very fun place to work; there’s always something to look forward to when coming to work!

      Cons

      Because it is a small company, starting salaries are not where they would be within a larger organization. Still, given the opportunity to be part of such a progressive environment, it is worth it to start at a lower rate.

      Pros

      Medical Guardian is a very warm place to work. There are so many opportunities to be successful here and everyone in the company really wants you to do well. I have been here for a few months and I am already exceeding what I thought could be possible. One word describes the culture here: POSITIVE. I never knew you could feel so appreciated at work. This company is growing and people are staying. I am truly happy to be apart of it.

      Cons

      As with any sales position you deal with objections. We are extremely competitive with others within the industry so that definitely speaks for itself with our production as a whole.
