      Pros

      The staff is great, no office drama what so ever. The leads are warm and money is there to be made even when it's slow. I work M-F 8:30 - 4, with weekends optional if I want to make more sales. Overall gray atmosphere and great place to work

      Communication between sales and custom service is not where it should be

      Pros

      I enjoy coming into work every day! Working in a call center environment my colleagues energy is contagious. The environment is family friendly with activities planned throughout the year such as Medical Guardian Day, birthday celebrations and end of the year party. I trust my boss and I know I can go to her with any questions. Medical Guardian is a company you can feel good about working for, knowing that we are saving lives every day.

      High turnover of sales representatives. 401K doesn't match.

      There is so much opportunity and potential for success across all departments, with a CEO that is willing to try new things and listen to your ideas. It's never a dull moment where you feel like you're simply doing the same thing day in and day out.

      Cons

      Culture and changes are coming some more than others, but if this continues great things will happen
