Managers care want to help

Cons

Training isn’t sufficient enough. Policies don’t seem to care about the customers experience. Departments are siloed. We’re the ones taking the brunt of the angry customers. Monday’s are brutal

Medical Guardian Response

In this virtual environment we are doing our best to make sure all new hires are trained properly but we certainly will continue to work on this. Customer Service does often have a busy Monday, but the week then evens out. Please talk to HR if you have concerns.

Strong investment in a company culture that places significant focus on employee recognition and engagement. You don't see that many places these days.

Cons

None at this time. Exciting time of growth at the company so lots of change and opportunities to collaborate in formalizing new processes/structure to effectively support it.
