      -convenient location -overtime and other opportunities for bonuses -the staff is really nice -t shirts -the office is very comfortable

      Cons

      -micromanagement -no room for growth -no job security -scheduling -everyone is not on the same page -revolving door -lack of organization within management

      Company seems great in the beginning. Convenient to public trans.

      Cons

      If you are not apart of the inside crown than you won't fit in. Some of the management is very difficult to work with. Management only promotes favorites.

      Pros

      Work from home, there’s a good supervisor that actually does his job and best to assist you.

      Cons

      Poor benefits, poor 401k plan if any, poor culture. You will be asked to write reviews while you’re in training when you don’t know any better. Medical Guardian absolutely should NOT be on the list of best places to work. There would be lots of negative reviews from tenured employees.
