Good pay if you are one of the favorites and get the opportunity to make sales

Cons

Most of the Managers are mean and not always approachable. They keep hiring people every other month because of the high turnover. The job consists of calling the same people over and over again for weeks and sometimes months, pretty much harassing them. If you don’t meet the sale minimum you don’t get any new leads the next day. This job is 100% commission which is horrible to turn off peoples abilities to make sales cause they had one bad day. Overall to much pressure for no reason especially on straight commission

Sales professionals are given new leads on a daily basis so that they can be successful in their role. We are very upfront that the position is 100% commission which does not work for everyone. - Senior Management is very friendly - a lot of support from peers and some Management - healthy work environment - great commission structure - uncapped commission - no mandatory overtime

Cons

- Some leads are unfortunately a waste of time and money - As all jobs, some members of management are more helpful than others
