If various people reading slides to you for six hours straight a day for weeks, getting very nit picky tests on which you must score 80% on their various multitude of systems and a million pdfs of job aides and policies attached to daily emails sounds like a great training program….this might be for you. They don’t have any kind of real training by any kind of certified educator and they don’t accommodate different learning or working styles. You will need a white board on your wall for all the logins/passwords. No exaggeration. They are maybe 20 yrs behind technology and culture wise. Very inflexible. Many various quality initiatives with nothing getting fixed. A lot of talk with little substance, practice or results behind it. No accountability for that by management.

There is very poor management at this company. When hired they advised that there are great advancement opportunities but that turned out to be false. I spoke with HR for other positions that fits my background and experience and multiple positions were given to me to apply to and i didnt even get an interview i was bypassed. Management focuses on your failures instead of helping you become better. Policies arent explained to you until you make a mistake. Pto time was not clearly explained upon hire leading to corrective actions then once i left the company HR deposited an amount then reversed it then deposited a smaller amount and couldnt explain why when i called. I spoke to two employees that still havent resolved my matter, yet they keep giving the run around. This company micromanages you. The work was very stressful especially with the work schedule, little breaks and lack of training especially for the Mod 2 portion. The pay could be more especially for the call center, the amount of work is not worth the pay. I dont suggest this company to no one!
