Remote job. Co-workers are great.

Cons

Management micro manages. Must participate in buying from customers as part of your raise. It's required as part of your review. Required I release my medical records for Medical exemption from the vaccine and would not take a doctor's note. Felt very invasive.

Pros

Training is long but thorough. Professional trainers and other supervisors/management. They will do what they can to help you if you are stuck or confused. Great company but a lot of work for little pay.

Cons

Training is really A LOT for what they pay you. It seems as though the salary/hourly wage could be significantly raised for everything they want you to do. They expect a whole lot for a small hourly rate. Customer Care does SO much! The training is stressful and overwhelming. Management was very nice and helpful but it doesn't negate the amount of stress you endure during training trying to learn so much or the low pay for what is expected.
