      Some good leaders Benefits Pay is above market

      Cons

      Change in culture is sad, senior leaderships drive for “improvements” at any cost and forced RTO are obvious ploys to reduce the workforce. The amount of work expected at a manager level has increased and senior leadership does not care about moral -toxic depending on the area you work in.

      team able to rally together despite lack of management experience and continuity.

      Cons

      Management in newly formed enterprise and data analytics department was not experienced in project management and handed the reins of portfolio management of pm's to an hire from a previous employer they all shared while she had no substantial PMI based experience and was not equipped to lead project managers.
