Pros

Healthy living program. Discounts on gym memberships. Mutual appreciation program.

Cons

No prescription benefits. Raises and promotions are very slow. It feels like only a handful of people do 70% of the work while other people get paid for "doing nothing"

Pros

-Virtually impossible to be fired -Opportunity to learn new skills, but don't expect to be rewarded for doing so.

Cons

-Large workforce population near retirement age that will happily admit to coasting at the company until retirement. -Management appears unwilling or unable to correct incompetent, lazy, or harmful employees. -Work from home policy varies per manager, if offered at all. -No opportunity for growth, unless you threaten to quit. -Exodus of young talent, positions do not get filled.

Most of the benefits of working here are being stripped away. PTO is what’s left

Cons

A President/CEO with no previous experience of running a company. Poor leadership who doesn’t care about its employees. Deliberate reduction in force with RTW. Feels like they are preparing to sell the company or let it go under.
