Pros

My team was great to work with. Benefits USED to be a selling point, but not anymore.

Cons

Management is more worried about their bonuses than your salary increases. Senior management is disconnected from reality. Technology is OUTDATED. Processes rarely change for the better. There are people running certain IMPORTANT departments that should not have that job. The CEO is a bean counter, everything went downhill the minute he took over. He runs the company like a balance sheet.

Salary, benefits, and schedules were nice.

Cons

Office culture was relaxed, it could either be really quite or really loud in the office. Poor management and no proper training for managers. Micro-managing was the preferred style of my unit and it also meant the manager was over involved and the service representatives go away with doing very little while the account administrators did a lot.

Great benefits. Medical, Dental, Vision insurance plans for employees that is inexpensive to the employee, based on Salary grade. Start with 20 PTO days and 7 holidays. Some managers are flexible with the time, treat you as a professional.

Cons

Unfair with work at home program, not available to everyone even though this past year has proved it can be done and done very well. Some can work from home but others can't and all work in the same department and are all good workers.
