      Great people, wonderful work-life balance and remote working opportunities, and fulfilling mission and impact.

      Cons

      Not as much in-person engagement. Some internal processes can take longer than expected.

      The stable and decent employer of yesteryears

      Pros

      This is the kind of workplace that works well for people who want to settle down long term with a stable employer and acceptable pay/benefits. It offers multiple options and opportunities for career growth. Colleagues are hard-working and pleasant. Management prioritizes mentorship and training, without excessive levels of bureaucracy and micromanagement.

      Cons

      As with any remote work opportunity, it can get a little bit isolating if your team is not super social. The hours can be long if you are on a difficult project with upcoming deadlines. Pay is good, but not amazing. Some talent has been lost to competitors offering better pay. Some perks that used to be offered pre-Dassault have evaporated.

      Pros

      Great teammates Excellent benefits (seriously--EXCELLENT) Fantastic management Company pushes you to your goal roles within the company if you ask and put forty the effort Compensation is pretty good and raises are appropriate based on performance great work/life balance Management has my back It's us vs the problem, not each other The company avoids layoffs like the plague (major kudos to them for this tbh), so I feel secure in my position. I have been really happy here, and I'm pretty picky about my work environment. A very stand up company.

      Cons

      I know there are some bad managers, but I've only met one or two during my time here. Compensation could be more aligned across the board regardless of location, but they still give reasonable offers dependent on your city's market value.
